Clients: BERGER/ABAM Engineers, Inc., Federal Way, WA,
Stevedoring Services of America, Inc., and Americana Shipping Lines, Inc.

Phase One for this new international terminal project required the design of two 69kv, 12 MVA substations to provide power at 15kv to serve the facilities via approximately 8 miles of underground conduit systems. Phase One also utilized a 14,450 Hp electrical dredge for channel deepening powered from the substation. The wharf area will be served by four electric post-panamax cranes

The University of Texas - Pickle Research Center Austin, Texas

Client: Frank Lam Structural Engineers, Inc.- Austin

MEP engineering services for a new testing and assembly building at Pickle Research Center for Applied Research Laboratories. The scope of the project included
the design of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire sprinkler systems for this building designed to house government research programs awarded to the university.
